Posted On: 09/18/2025 I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Keystone Dentistry. I had no idea I had supposedly accumulated three “no call no shows” until I recently tried to reschedule an appointment. Each time I was unable to make it, I replied to their chain/automated text messages to cancel, but the office claimed they had no record of my responses. When I spoke with the office manager, there was no effort to understand or look into how this miscommunication happened. Instead, I was told, “that’s our office policy and so we can’t have you as a patient anymore.”

I was never once informed that I had missed multiple appointments or that I was at risk of being dismissed from the practice. There was no communication, no compassion, and no willingness to consider that errors can occur with automated systems. The interaction felt unfriendly and inhumane, and I left feeling completely dismissed as a patient. Sierra K

Posted On: 07/09/2025 Staff was nice, but waste of time. My family is on Medicaid I was told over the phone that they could help with our situation for my pediatric child. All they did was look in her mouth and tell us we have to go somewhere else to get any of the things done that she needed done.They didnt even give her a cleaning. With medicaid you only get one dentist visit covered every 6 months so now I either have to pay out of pocket to get my daughter the help she needs or wait 6 months to get her the help. I wish they would have been more upfront over the phone instead of looking for a payout. Shame. Mad D
